A follow on from my review of 2nd July 2013.After Peter Long thomson C.E.O. ignored my e-mail, I wrote to him highlighting my disatisfaction with the manner in which my original complaint was responded to. This produced no direct reply from him, but the matter was referred right back to the customer services team, and surprise surprise, the answer came not in writing, but via a phone call. In effect the answer was "Go Away ". What a dreadful way to treat a customer of 25years standing. This company does not have any vestige of customer service in its company ethos. I would say to anyone considering spending their hard earned cash on a holiday, AVOID THOMSON LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH COMPLETE CONTEMPT.
