Ordered two garden chairs and a parasol base on the 15th July. Goods had not arrived by the following week, so I called customer services who said they would be delivered the next day. Delivery did not arrive, so called the day after to be told Parcelforce had lost the order and this would be re-sent that day. I asked for a one day delivery as I had been messed around butwas told this was not possible. I then received an e-mail to tell me the goods were out of stock. Appalling, was lied to all the way.
