“Difficult to change address, flowers left in sun”

I ordered some flowers and a card for my grandmother to be delivered whilst I was on holiday. I needed to change the address to where these were delivered as I found out she would not be where I originally thought. I amended the address online 1 week before the gift needed to be sent as it advised all current orders would go to this address, however whilst away I was made aware by a neighbour that the flowers had been delivered to the original address I had given and that the flowers had been left in the sun and looked dead. On phoning moonpig they advised I should have phoned to change the address - this was not stipulated at the time I changed it. I recieved £10 back onto my moonpig account which to be honest I am not that keen on using due to the service being so bad.
