“Amazing service given!”

After buying two tickets, & then canceling, and then once again attempting to buy - the sales representatives at Vivid seats were just simply spectacular with their service. Although I may have thought I was being annoying, they treated me with the utmost care and respect. When purchasing my tickets again, I spoke with a manager and he was very understanding and was willing to do anything to make me satisfied and happy. I cannot express how happy I was. Vivid seats made my first concert ever one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Thank you for your respect, understanding and most of all, generosity!
