I had a horrible first experience with Asos.com. Although I had no problems with shipping, the product I received was highly dissatisfying. The picture and description stated that the dress I ordered was white, but it was really an ugly yellow. Plus, the zipper was broken. I had no time to send it back, so I had to wear it to homecoming, incredibly disappointed.
