Terrible service. Flights we asked for were confirmed over the phone but when booking confirmation came through the date was a month after we wanted to fly. The money had been taken from our account so we were then told they could match any online flights we found. THIS WAS A LIE!!!!! We called back with flight details we had found and were then informed that travel bag could not match. We asked for a refund and were initially told that it would take 3-7 days. ANOTHER LIE!!!!!!!! Money will not be refunded for 2 weeks. We move to the other side of the world in 2 days and are 1500 short. Although the money is being refunded it will have to go into a bank account we wanted to close but now cant do so until after we travel. Told a different story every time we rang... customer service advisor was rude. And to top it all of was told I couldn't make a complaint as my partner was the main traveller listed... apparently its a data protection issue?!?!?!?!?!?!? How making a complaint is a data protection issue I will never know. Cheers travel bag for the worst service ever. Liars. unreliable. STITCH UPS.
