“Disappointing service”

I placed an order with ASOS for express delivery & was advised on the morning of 23.07.13 that it will arrive that day between 1-5pm. The purchase never arrived. I contacted Customer Service & was advised the purchase was lost in transit & will replace the order. However, I will only receive 2 out of the 3 items as one is out of stock. My previous order took 2 day to deliver but I was advised the re-delivery will take up to 5 days. They did not reply my inquiry to why this is so. Also, one of the items has dropped in price before the re-order & I wrote to enquire why I was still being charged the original price. I didn't get a response. I'm crossing my fingers for the items to arrive within the next few days. This is so disappointing!
