“Worst. Company. Ever.”

It took over a month for me to receive the order, all because they spent weeks just sitting on their asses instead of actually shipping it. I could have ignored that part, if it wasn't for the fact that they ended up scamming me for £50.

I decided not to pick up the package, for two reasons:
1. I had to order lenses from elsewhere in the meantime.
2. I was charged over £20 in customs fee.

The customs fee aren't their fault of course, but since I didn't pick up the package it got returned to them. So I mailed them about returning my money, and they said they would as soon as they received it. Weeks passed, no word. I wrote them several times, always having to wait days or even weeks to even get a reply.

After a couple of months I was losing my patience, and demanded my money back. They kept claiming they hadn't received the package, although I phoned the mail service and got confirmation that the order was indeed returned to them. But because I couldn't prove this, they refused to refund me. In actuality, they demanded proof from me that they had received the package in return. Unfortunately, I don't have hidden cameras set up in their offices, so I was obviously unable to provide the proof they demanded from me. All I had was a confirmation from the mail service and an order tracking that clearly stated the package was returned to them.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly as a customer. Not only do they have absolutely no respect for their customers, they even do this to them if they feel business is running so slow they need an extra £50. All in all, the worst company I have ever come across. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from them. You'll get more customer service from a potato, and you'll find better morals with evil dictators.
