Processes payments for domain renewals, but doesn't renew the domains and doesn't reply to support emails. Phone is not answered and the other number is out of service. Despite this the registrar they use (they are an OnlineNIC reseller) makes domain registrants jump through hoops that contradict ICANN rules before they can once again get control of their domain.
