“Delta hotel Majorca”

We booked the delta all inclusive, you can understand how disappointed I was when we arrived at the hotel and we were told that if we wanted th use the beach club that it cost us 8 euros to enter the club and that although we paid for all inclusive that we would have to pay again for drinks at the beach club, also if we wanted to eat at the club this would also cost us 23 euros each. As we booked this holiday for the beach we were extremely disappointed as to use this facility would cost us around 300 euros for our five day stay, also at the hotel apart from the restaurant the only other food on offer were ham & cheese toasted sandwiches. And not the snacks as stated in the original advert. I feel that this holiday was sold to us by mis advertising and I would like to hear your reasons for this grossly mis advertised holiday.
