“Southwest UK Holiday”

We are travelling from New Zealand to the UK, France and Italy and we have booked virtually all of our holiday with LateRooms.com The ease of use of the website and the back-up from the reminder emails and the occasional recourse to the call-centre staff has been truly impressive. The choices of accommodation offered has been very helpful when travelling on a budget. The location maps provided have allowed us to coordinate train travel. And the documents provided to confirm our bookings have been clear, precise and complete. The reminder emails about car-hire and accommodation bookings have been welcome. The several times I have phoned to clarify minor issues around bookings in France and Italy the LateRooms.Com call-centre staff have sorted out the issue expeditiously through their French and Italian-speaking staff where that would have been much more difficult for us to do by ourselves. Many thanks to the LateRooms team, you have contributed to a memorable holiday - we will certainly use your services for our next trip from New Zealand.
