“Complete satisfaction from skates”

Bought a a mgp nitro extreme scooter for £199 and was sent a nitro end of days instead which had a lower price of £185.

My son actually liked the cheaper one and when I phoned to say that a slightly cheaper one was sent instead but we were happy to keep it, Skates refunded me £25 instead of just the £15 that was due to me.

I havent experienced customer care like this before and am extremely happy with their service.

The delivery was also super fast and took one day to come.

10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for a scooter.
