“Fantastic Service from Design to Delivery”

We used Loftplan several years ago to provide an extra bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We were impressed with the team who were (at all times - without exception) polite, professional and hardworking from start to finish. The project organisation was superb; completed on time and we were delighted with the end result. Recently, we had a problem with a window and we were impressed at their willingness to correct this. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and was finished to a high standard. This level of customer service is hard to find these days!

Having visited this site to post a glowing recommendation; I was dismayed to read the recent review regarding Loftplan’s ‘ridiculous’ payment terms and conditions. We found the ‘stage payments’ schedule very easy to understand and it worked well; enabling us to have equal control of the project and at no point finding this process unworkable. We are delighted with their professionalism and workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.
