“Lexmoto 125 street”

I'm not going to start by saying the Lexmoto is a rubbish bike. Typically being Chinese it has the same issues of old. The fit and finish is just not good enough. The paint finish and the chrome is poor and before someone say's the secret is keep it clean? should understand one thing. We have several customers CG 125's still running with 30+k on their clocks and still look good and their owners rarely ever put a cloth to them.
A mate has a Lexmoto and garages it and keeps it clean, yet it still rusts. The lack of a kick starter is pain, and the kill switch operates in reverse and fills with water when it rains, corroding the switch. When we changed the battery after six weeks, we were dumbfounded to see the after thought metal battery strap made from a piece of bent steel with sharp edges.
This thing end's up in my garage nearly every month with issues. I run a successful motorcycle workshop and have seen many a good and equally bad bike in the past 36 years. Fitting a bike with composite wheels is a nice touch, but Lexmoto are going to have to do better than this, hence the single star.
