My flight was easy to select and then pay for. Fly.co.uk kept me informed from the moment of booking through to the day of the flight.
One niggle ... a message described as "an important update" about the flight did not tell me anything new. I had to compare the "updated" flight details very carefully to see that nothing had changed. If possible it would be better to have clarity from the sender as to whether I'm reading the latest info OR altered info.
