I stupidly (without taking advice from family members) took out finance on a vehicle. I paid a hefty deposit and agreed the monthly costs (although they were over the agreed budget)at this point deposit had been given so i had to agree to it. There was no tax / fuel in the car so i ended up forking out an additional £113 for 6 months tax. Within 2 months the vehicle had problems and a new clutch & gear box was required (i had taken out cover for this so thankfully it didnt come out of my pocket).
Due to my work messing up our salary in the August i called them to explain that payment would be delayed slightly and wondered if there was something that i could do until i could make the payment, i gave them a date of when it would be paid however the evening before a man arrived at my house and said he had been sent to retrieve the car. After much pleading with the company and the bailiff they agreed that payment would be fine the following day however the car had to be taken and kept in a compound overnight. I called the following day to make payment and was told they didnt want my business and that they were keeping my car. I was over £3,000 out of pocket and still in debt (which i am fighting)for over £15,000 - the car wasnt worth any more than £2500.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE OTHER WAYS OF GETTING A CAR WITHOUT SIGNING UP TO THESE ROGUES - NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY SELL TO YOU IT IS NOT WORTH THE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND THE LOSS OF MONEY - I HAVE TO RATE THIS COMPANY AS I CANT SUBMIT THIS WITHOUT GRADING THEM BUT EVEN 1 STAR IS TO MUCH
