“Forget about Cashback.”

Never had to make a claim for the one year I had the insurance, and changed provider once that year was up as they refused to pay the £85 cashback they owed me as I ordered the policy via Quidco (they denied I ordered it through Quidco even though the tracking on quidco's site proved them to be liars)

On that fact alone, that they are brazenly using cashback sites to take peoples custom with no intention of ever paying that out (see the reviews on quidco for just how often they are pulling this stunt), I would look elsewhere.

Bottom line for me: If they can't be trusted for a simple cashback I certainly wouldn't trust them to pay out for a significant claim made on the insurance either.
