I just would like to let you know that my recent booking experience with LateRoom.com was really great. Actually I did make a mistake during my first booking. The customer service advisor was really helpful and did understand the situation. I was able to cancel my first booking without hassle or extra fees and able the make a new booking for the correct area I wanted to go to. This was done in a very efficient and professional manner. Thanks, you saved my day!
