Booked twice in a month with on the beach the first time we went to Tenerife.when we got there the hotel didn't know who we was and we wasn't booked there we had to wait a hour for them to sort it out so just thought its one of them things.so i booked again two weeks after we came back to go to Menorca.we got to Menorca got to the hotel and they didn't know we was and we was not booked for that hotel but on the paperwork it was that hotel and we did book that hotel.after a hour the woman noticed a different name under nearth there hotel name which was in Spanish.she tolded us where to go which tuck us another hour in a taxi and when we got it was a scuffy little hotel in the middle of nowhere.the hotel was old fashion no kettle it was a metal only. Which goes on gas stoke..tryed to get in touch with onthebeach and all i got was a answering machine..i will never book with them again..
