My partner purchased an overnight spa break for 2. Took days of calling to try and get hold of anyone to book it. Once booked, I had to change my booking which I tried to do via phone but got no answer so used email to contact them, they eventually replied saying that you change my booking it would cost me £25!! after paying £300 for the experience felt this was not fair. and on contacting the place we are going to stay at there cancellation policy is that you can cancel once and after that if it needs to be changed there will be a charge. I have explained this to Spa Breaks however they DO NOT WANT TO KNOW, the people that email back are rude! I have put a complaint in with customer service but dont hold out much hope in getting a reply.
All in all what was meant to be a nice experience, has turned in to a nightmare with a horrible company. And on looking in to this I have now found out that we could have booked the same experience with the venue we are staying at direct with them for alot cheaper!
I WOULD NEVER USE SPA BREAKS AGAIN, I will ensure I promote to family friends etc to not use them.
