“no customer service, wrong shoes sent”

I ordered online thinking they were a UK based outfit, as this was the UK site Keenshoessaleuk.net but they turn out to be China based. They sent the wrong shoes, when I complained and showed them the order form and bill, they refused to replace the shoes they sent with the correct ones that I ordered, unless I paid for the shipping.
Which turns out to be £30.

Beware of this site, you have absolutely no comeback.
