“THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS”

I ordered 2 dresses - one was perfect. The other was not as pictured. The company in China who made the dress are not interested in the fact that what they sent me is not what was pictured. I have tried contacting the UK company who own dresses online twice to complain, and despite the website saying they would reply in 5 minutes, they have not replied after 4 days. SO FRUSTRATED. This is unacceptable service. Even though one of the dresses is great, the fact that they are not interested in rectifying the situation with the incorrect dress is the reason I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. Of course if they do reply to my emails, I will write a positive review. The returns policy is rubbish.
