I wanted to try Pixum out before making a bigger order however, after ordering my 50 free prints and paying the 2.99 delivery. I never received my order despite receiving an dispatch notice. When I emailed I got a response for address confirmation and more than two weeks later I still have not received my prints and my further emails were ignored. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service and will not be using them again or recommending them to others
