At Dreams in Weston-super-Mare, my fiance, myself and mum were helped by a super shop assistant and also the manager. We were impressed with how they both let us take time to make our own choices (when looking for a bed) but then they offered useful and helpful advice when we were ready.
I bought a display bed in the sale, which was delivered on time and before it had arrived, I received excellent communication regarding this delivery from both the delivery company and Dreams.
Although the bedroom furniture arrived weeks' earlier than expected, and came the following Monday (having been notified by Dreams Customer Services and the delivery company) one item, unfortunately, was missing. However, the delivery men were extremely helpful and immediately notified their delivery company of the missing item.
Afterwards, I contacted Customer Services via email and Dreams (at Weston super Mare) and the Tallboy arrived just two days later!
I am delighted with the furniture and the service from all those involved and would like to thank them for making the effort to resolve the little problem of the missing Tallboy, especially when trying to cope with the sudden intense heat that we have all been experiencing these past two weeks!
Well done Dreams and well done to the delivery boys and company! I would recommend them.
By the way, I have slept beautifully in the new bed! Thank you!
