“Holiday from Hell”

Turned up at the airport to find that our prepaid seats had been sold to some-one else. When we arrived at the hotel (Princess Irida ) the manager was falling over himself to attend to the young teenage girls. Music blasted out until 6am meaning there was no sleep for me or my 15 year old special needs child. Pool was unusable as it was usually filled with cigarette ends and rubbish. Olympic Rep had absolutely no interest in us as we weren't teenagers and didn't want to join the booze cruise. Advertised 24 hour reception was actually the bar!! Food wasn't available until 10am even though the information in the room stated 8am. Bed linen was stained and one bed out of three was changed just once, the others not being changed at all. 3rd bed was basically a wooden board on top of some metalwork. Getting home was the most stressful experience I have ever had as all Olympic flights were in one line and there were only 2 people dealing with check-in...no other reps to answer queries etc

I would never recommend Olympic holidays as a travel agent as they are not customer orientated and are only interested in you if you are willing to buy their excursions such as the booze cruise.
