I ordered some hoodies for a school trip, and so they arrived in time, I paid over £30 extra for 4 day dispatch. I was then told they would not arrive in time. I changed the address so they would arrive at the location. I rang up and said they would change the address immediately, and they never did. So I kept on having to call (they didn't pick up most of the time) and finally they changed it. While on the trip, I noticed the hoodies had not been dispatched the day they said they would be, and so I rang up. After many attempts, they finally answered, and said there was a short delay, but they would be dispatched that same day. It turns out, the hoodies were not dispatched for another week and a half. By that time, we were not in that location, and wanted them sent to the original location. I contacted them and have them the address, and they said that was fine. I checked the next day and they had not changed the address, so I rang up and asked why not and they said I had not replied with the address (even though they replied to that email). I was told it was too late to change the address, and so they'd would have to deliver to that address, and then return the package. It turned out they did not return it for another week. I then emailed them and they said they were currently being returned and would be with me in 4 days. Two weeks later I had not heard anything. I rang up and the person I needed to speak to was not there, but I was told he would send me an email and a voicemail with the answer to my question. I never did. I rang up the next day, and after quite awhile, they rang me back and said that they had lost my package, over two weeks ago, but it was now suddenly in there warehouse and they would deliver it to me the next day. All in all something that should have been delivered to me in 4 days, took a month and a half.
