“genuine service and not pushy”

I bought some cushions on Sunday 14th July at House of Frasers in Glasgow and was helped by a lovely sales assistant at the houseware department. She was helpful without being pushy which is what I like about this store generally. Also the young assistants at the crockery dept again went out of their way to order extra cushions for me which given they were in the sale was not a big purchase, however it is this genuinely helpful non pushy type of sales assistant like this that keeps me coming back. Please don't go down the hard line sales pitch House of Frasers as I like it the way it is.... genuine service with a good knowledge of products at great prices !
