I ordered two items in the end of february, the money was withdrawn a few day after I placed my order. One of the items said "due 14 days", and that was fair enough. When the 14 days were went and I haven't heard a single word from them, I e-mailed and got a reply that the item would be in stock any moment. Alright then, I thought, but another two weeks went and I still haven't heard anything - it was now a mont since the money was withdrawn and I haven't received anything or heard a word. I called them and wrote them but there was no reply. I was consistent and continued to forward my e-mails to them again and again until I received a reply or they took the phone. The message was the same - the item would be in stock within very short time. How can they sell a product that they do not have in stock and take the money?!. I told them to ship the other item, they had in stock, seperately and then I could wait a short time for the other item. After a discussion they told me they had shipped it, but I didn't got any track and trace number and neither received the package. I e-mailed again - a lot of times, and now they didn't knew when the item would be in stock but I could get a refund if I wanted. I told them that I wanted what I had paid for and they had to compensate with a similar or better product. After a long time with discussion they accepted to ship me another item to compensate for the long time of waiting - and "another" of the other item (as they guessed I haven't received it (OK, I guess they never send it seperately)). I have waited 3,5 month for TWO items, but finally I have received them and it's two very fine and good products but the handling from Discount-Equestrian have been unacceptable!
