“DIABOLICAL UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!”

I have been a customer for at least 7 years now and a loyal one at that. I am now in a situation which is taking some time to rectify leaving me frustrated, unhappy and feeling like a criminal. i do not know if it is because LITTLEWOODS now have a call centre in AFRICA and i keep getting through to them, I have spent several weeks trying to make them understand what has happened on my account is genuine but they just cannot see the wood for the trees. I purchased a pair of Kicker shoes last Sept 12 which split 6 months later so the shoes were called in for inspection and Littlewoods agreed to replace the shoes, although they said they couldn't show it as an exchange but had to show it as a credit to my account, of course the shoes were paid off in 2012, i am now left with a bill for a pair of Kickers which I have already paid for as the new pair was a replacement. When i got through to I think it was Cardiff she reassured me that once the shoes had arrived that Littlewoods would make a Price correction to my account and make sure the discount code from 2012 still remained on my account meaning I owed £0 which is correct, I was also told to ignore the minimum payment of £23 on my account as this wasn't a true reflection on my account as owen nothing, only to find on my statement of July that i have been charged £12 missed payment charge on top of what they are charging me for the KICKERS, I telephone again and yes they said they can see on the system I was told not to make a minimum payment and would not incur any charges and that I only owed £5 for the Kickers. When I go online onto my account it looks to me like they have added the £30 discount code onto my account for me to pay?? get that!! I told Littlewoods to just close my account and they have emailed to say they cannot do that while I have outstanding amount of £47 to pay i am in a dilema here and as I cannot seem to communicate with them i am left not knowing where to turn other than tking legal action. i think it is a discrace how a loyal customer should be left in this situation it is diabolical and I should not have to tolerate this beahaviour. I have wasted hours and hours of my valuable time trying to resolve this issue and spent money on telephone calls to Littlewoods. If only they could understand and look up the telephone conversation I had with the lady in CArdiff who rectified my account and put the price corrections on and reassured me then everything would be back to normal. I am not happy at all, if anyone can help me get throught to Cardiff Littlewoods I would appreciate it my email is louisec1965@aol.com
