“fast efficient answer to unlocking a phone”

I wanted to change from orange to tesco and so purchased a sim card from tesco to put into my phone, a LG P500. I spoke to orange about this and they knew what I wanted to do, and they gave me a PAC number to change the network over. What orange forgot to tell me was I needed to unlock the phone itself. When the network change over day came I discovered that although the phone number had changed network I was unable to use my phone. I phoned up tesco who informed me that orange would need to unlock or unlatch my phone. Orange told me that this would cost me £20 and take 30 days as they would have to ask the manufacturers permission to unlock the phone. I was obviously very annoyed as they hadn't explained this to me when I explained that I wanted to change network. orange then told me I could go to a third party to unlock my phone. my son knew someone who might be able to do this for me, but then I discovered your site and within 30 minutes the phone was unlocked and the problem had been sorted, all for £7.99. I have to say I am very very impressed and will recommend you to anybody who needs to unlock their phone. Thank you very much indeed, keep up the good work. Thanks again Jayne
