“DELIVERY MAIL MISTAKE”

I have placed an order from Singapore on the 1st of July and have yet to received today, 11 July. I went to the post office website to track my order and realised that the tracking number that they have provided me ends with GB, which means my order has been sent to Great Britain? I double checked my address again and there is no mistake found. If the item is lost, I really hope that they will refund me as it is their mistake for not being careful in checking the address before sending out. :(
