The customer service at Isme is beyond a joke. I am so frustrated with them I could cry. No one listens to what I am saying, I keep getting generic answers, this has been going on since Friday.
I ordered two art prints along with other items. On checking my account one stated it had been returned. I queried this, and said that I hadn't received it so how could it be returned.
I then received it that day along with a pan set. I contacted them to say it had arrived. I then noticed the other picture was marked as delivered at 12.57 which was when this picture arrived. I checked the box and it wasn't in a parcel box just the supplier box. It has the picture of the fuscia on it, however the returns label and address label were stuck on it, they were the wrong item number and name, they were actually the wall on the beach picture I ordered.
I contacted them to tell them and they said okay we have realised the fucsia picture you ordered was a system error and have charged you for it again.
I told them that I needed the beach picture and they said it was showing as delivered. I have tried tell them a hundred times, it will do because the labels that would go through the depot are the wrong ones.
Now they are interviewing the driver to see where he left it. I told them again it was the wrong labels so it will look like it is delivered, just the wrong picture. No mention of the fuscia picture, if they looked to see where that was it would answer the query.
Also the fuscia picture arrived chipped and scratched, and I wanted a replacement but I can't because it is still showing as returned in my account, but they've taken the money out again. And the labels are for the picture I'm still waiting on so I can't return it.
I've asked this so many times and no one is listening to me.
I hate leaving reviews and have never left a bad one, however the frustration is driving me to despair.
