I don't usually do this kind of thing but after reading all the reviews I have to say that I have just renewed my insurance once again with quoteline. They are very competitive indeed and their customer service people, I have found are very eager to answer any questions and I do ask questions before I part with any money. I did have a problem with their emergency cover when the company (not quoteline) demanded more money before they came out but when I called quoteline customer service and complained they said 'don't worry we will sort it out for you' and they did and very quickly, within a week I got a full refund from the emergency cover company and a written apology. When I phoned quoteline to thank them they said we are only doing the job you are paying us to do. Maybe some will say I'm have been lucky but for now I think I'll stay with quoteline
