I bought two tickets for my mums Christmas present to see Frankie Vallie total cost £258. When the tickets came through i realised the face value of the tickets was only £61.60 totalling £103.20 meaning 88 Tickets were making £154.80 with the sale of just 2 tickets!!! The concert was cancelled due to ill health (no ones fault, the things happen) but I've just received an email saying they will refund my money minus 25% of the total amount. How can they justify it??? They are keeping more than the face value of a ticket for doing nothing. I know terms and conditions apply but this does seem totally out of proportion, I didn't cancel so why should I loose so much money?
I won't be using them again :-(
