I ordered a car seat & base which was listed as being in stock yet when weeks later & numerous emails later they told me it is not in stock. They advised me it'd be back in stock "next week", which again came & went, still no car seat. I emailed and called them, this time no response. Eventually I was advised the car seat was out of stock. At this point I requested a refund as the saga has been going on for nearly a month & my baby's due date was fast approaching. Again no response for a couple of days then an email saying that the refund would be processed in 3-5 working days. Today is the 5th day and still no refund. My baby is due next week and I have no car seat & am down £174.99. What a horrendous experience at this stage in my pregnancy! Mothercare do a pricematching service so for anyone tempted by kiddisave's cheap prices I would urge you just to go to mothercare & they will give you the same price! It is the worst service I have ever experienced!
