“Truly fantastic service -- went the extra mile”

Many friends who've placed orders with Luggage Superstore have testified to its superquick turnaround rates -- unfortunately, the Samsonite suitcase I ordered was part of a huge promotion this month so the despatch date took awhile longer than usual as stocks for the color I ordered were understandably low. However, knowing that I had to fly very urgently, the guys went out of their way to check if other colors were available in their warehouse and when they were, couriered an alternative to me well in time for my flight (shoutout to the advisor for his excellent helpful!). No complaints or fuss. And have I mentioned their customer service line is also open 7 days a week? Highly recommended, and great prices to boot.
