all of the above not in abta or atol adding money on top next day sent us to hotel from hell then told us if we wanted to fly home we would have to arrange flights ourselves which we did my husband needs his wheelchair in room told them at least a dozen times now after 2wks of sorry + we need this receipt that receipt they have told me it is my fault for booking the hotel the wheelchair wouldnt even fit in the room when they rang me next day to add more money to cost of holiday when i was going to give her my bank card details she said no need ive still got them anybody with complaint please contact trading standards + get these bullies shut down DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I should have been told the hotel was not for disabled never mind that that hotel should be closed down not even fit to be called a hostel
