Ordered 9 bridesmaid dresses from them costing £840, though price on the shown was £787, they blamed on my credit card as you would expect.
I never received a confirmation email promting me to contact them through webchat.
Eventually an reply came through telling 'DO NOT WORRY EVERYTHING OK'.
They sent 3 completely different dresses 7 days before wedding. When contacted them again they kindly offered a total refund £100 as a good will gesture.
Now we are trying claim our money back through the credit card company.

IF YOU USE THIS WEBSITE AFTER YOU READ THE REVIEWS YOU WILL HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF.
