“Stay away”

I have never been involved in a company less organised than this! They twice took money out of my account without permission and I am still trying to claim back. A sum of £328 was taken out of my account for reasons that they admitted was there fault and I was told within 24 hours it would be re-paid to me. Two weeks later and £45 worth of phone bills later and I am still waiting to see my money again. To add insult to injury twice I have been told they will call me back and they have not and also the £45 phone bill will not be paid back to me as in there words 'those issues are not there problem' thanks a lot bell!!!
