“Ease of booking and concise terms and conditions of...”

The Agoda booking site lists down concisely the terms and conditions of booking. What you see is what you get. There is no hidden items in Agoda to trap a user to pay for extra services than what one does not want. Many other web sites tend to "trap" users with many extras which the users have to uncheck before proceeding further. Any unwanted items if overlooked by users to unchecked would be added to the basket, hence additional costs to users.
The only minus is the location map of the hotel does not uploaded successfully in my iMac, probably due to software problem. I got no problem uploading subsequently in Sony VAIO. Overall it is indeed a pleasant experience.
The credit points earned cannot be utilized until 3 months after consumption. Can the period be shortened to 1 month? I wonder?
