After placing an order on the 29th June I had not received the order by the 11th July. When I did finally get hold of someone in customer services he constantly talked over me and when I asked if he let me finish and explain my problem again he would constantly talk over me. I asked to speak with his supervisor and she didn't seem that interested that I was now complaining about the lack of customer service and rudeness from her staff.
I wouldn't recommend Sports direct to anyone. I suppose you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful but not so cheerful in this case
If you are in a rush for your order or depending on your order arriving before you go away ...... Don't bother with Sports Direct overall I found my whole experience appalling. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
