Hi All,
I am very upset to see such a worst customer services. I am feeling like, I have done a very big mistake after buying Orient cooler.
My cooler is noising like a generator just within 15 days and executive says that it’s a normal noise (Initially there was no noise).
Now do u want me to buy a new cooler and run simultaneously with my this collar to show your executive that it’s a generator not a cooler ?????
Your executive was just not listening anything and just left after saying that it’s normal noise but I can guarantee that initially there was no noise. You can’t sleep in night, it’s noising so badly.
Even when I asked him to replace the indicator of collar that was not working, he said he don’t have it currently. I complained before 2 months almost and I didn’t hear from anyone of your side.
This is really disgusting service I saw from any seller. I am sure not to buy any product in future and will suggest others.
