“much more painful than booking direct”

My booking was never paid for by Late Rooms despite taking the payment from me. I rang the hotel to confirm and they couldn't find the booking. When they eventually did it wasn't correct. I then had 2 separate phone calls from the hotel about the 2 different rooms asking for my credit card details when I had already paid late rooms 5 weeks before. Rooms are advertised on the Hotel website at £85 but I have been charged £260 for 2 rooms. It has been a cock-up from start to finish and still isn't resolved. We check in tomorrow and who know what we will find!
