“Easy, fuss-free telephone transaction.”

Booking through "Late Rooms" was an easy, fuss-free telephone transaction.
Although I gave my card details during the above transaction, I found that the hotel reception wouldn't accept it on arrival, as it was a debit, not credit, card. Fortunately, I was able to pay cash, but it could have been awkward at that time of night if I hadn't had cash.
This really should have been clarified before accepting the booking, although, I may have missed it in the small print of the confirmation email.
Staff at the were friendly, helpful and courteous in all areas.
Setting of hotel was superb and picturesque.
Restaurant and bar were excellent.
Accomodation was comfortable but would benefit from a facelift. I would have been disappointed if it had been at full price. The rooms would also benefit from the addition of "aircon".
