I liked the service. Took a week to unlock though. I had trouble completing the unlock process. The people from support helped their best to fix. But i tried my own ways. The itunes did not detect my iphone. I had latest version of itunes; only the older version detected my phone. So i guessed I should update my ios(just a luck); did that and latest itunes detected my iphone with latest ios and the unlock was successful. Support should have known this, not many would guess like I did. And thank you so much for leveraging the unlock cost, it was still expensive. And people who ever manages your facebook page should be more polite in answering questions or replying for any requests. They way they answered was not pleasing. I had asked if they can leverage the unlock cost. They replied in a single word No. could have give some reason so that it would not sound unpleasing. I wrote an email and I had the cost leverage. Any way I am happy with your service except for the conversation i had on facebook. Thank you.
