I laced an order on 22nd June and now the 9th of July still NOT received. Phoned up 3 days ago to chase. Matt very helpful. Apologized for the delay. Leaving a message for someone ( matts day off )to phone me back the following day, with a status of where the oats are and the ETA of delivery. No call was received. Phoned today spoke to a girl whom I don't recall her name. Not very apologetic. She enquired with warehouse then called me back. No indication to ETA. Can give you a refund type of attitude. I explained that the delivery would have to be delayed due to planned holiday. Unable to take coats as planned. Not at all satisfied with the service I have received. Take the money & don't deliver !!
I would want a commitment with delivery date or the compensation.
