“ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Went with DAM Communications LTD because the sales guy was really nice, prices were good, once contract was signed it was downhill from there.
Didn't set direct debit up correctly, didn't give us 5% discount for paying by DD. Then someone phoned up to ask us to let people know they were a good company, when we said no as we a business and do not have time to recommend your company for you, the lady hung up the phone. Manager said she wasn't rude, but has still not sent a copy of the phone conversation. I then emailed to say we would not be staying with them, they rang me up, and instead of finding out what was wrong and saying they didn't want to lose our custom, they just said your in a contract, and even if we was rude to you, there is nothing you can do about it. The customer is most certainly not always right with this company, and as a business we give good customer service and expect it back. Do not go with them (please remember I have dealt with a lot of companies and this is by far the worst I have come across)!
