Excellent. Sold my property through Hatched and cannot fault them. Fees are stated clearly and no hidden extras. They advertise your property very swiftly with much more photos than your local estate agent seems to do. They don't pressurise you to take all the extras (advertising board, floor plan, etc) if you don't want them. Always following up prospective buyers and in constant contact with me through email, texts and phone calls. They make themselves involved in your sale right through completion liasing with all other parties involved in the chain. Always helpful and approachable for impartial advice. Was hounded by local estate agents trying to muscle in and passing my details between each other without my consent. Saved thousands which meant I did not have to wait for higher offers to cover local estate agents fees, enabling me to move quicker in a tough market.
Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
