“Never received tickets nor refund ”

i bought 5 tickets for the champions leagues in last Feb and was supposed to receive tickets before leaving the country to London which didn't happen, then we had to fly bcz ticket.org confirmed that we will receive tickets on our hotel in London, we flow and spent money on hotel and flights for 5 pax and we didnt receive any ticket !!!
Ticket.org agents have said that they will refund us in 2 to 3 weeks and now it has been almost 2 months that we didnt receive anything!!
i wanna know if this company exists and if there is any chance to get back my 6000 euros + expenses! and if not how can i get my money back ?
