“poor customer service/pricey poor value for money clothes”

I have bought a considerable amount of clothes this summer and last summer winter collection enjoying the styles and simpicity even though slightly pricey compared to Boden/white stuff/jigsaw.
I bought a cardigan online and due to our recent run of bad weather had not really worn it. Imagine my dismay at paying £48 for a small coverup cardie(had 20% discount retailed at £60) when I noticed the sleeve had come undone for 20% of the area,and that this is not due to maltreatment ie had not been washed and was the correcy size for me as I bought in 2 colours and no probs with the other one.
Customer service..not interested orders dept..not interested.Orders ove 3 months ...not interested.My cardigan was 3 months 3 weeks old and White company inspite of the high price do not expect the clothes to last this long.
No flexibilty.No recognition of previous customer interest.Stone walled by terms and conditions.
